[TI] Can not log into space map / Support ignoring

    Since yesterday mornings restart on US1 east server I can not log into the space map or change my ship game says logged in.
    Event ticking down oddly enough once again I buy something with our hard earned money and withing twenty four hours I can not use what I paid for.
    I have sent support tickets and nothing but automated responses.
    This has been since 9am yesterday morning and it is now 6:19 am.
    Funny thing is I was in a gate and finished it before restart and everything was fine even logged out of game before forced restart.
    My wife can log into game from my computer.
    So lets see how long and how many excuses and other services get blamed or what trumped up nonsense is made up.
    What a way to run a business.
     
  2. I got the same problem on GB2 server, can load all my other accounts just fine but my main on GB2 just stuck on Establishing Connection... starting to get really fed up with this game and its crap support..

    Hello WyattEarp,

    Are yous till experiencing this issue? As you have Contacted Support you will need to continue this matter through them, creating multiple tickets will not get you a quicker response.
