[TI] cannot connect

    help i log every thing is fine untill i get to the connection information page where the green boxes keep rolling and rolling cant connect anybody help. happened 10/08/2017 trying everyday since just cannot connect help

    I have had this issue a couple times, 4 days every time I tried to login. What I did was to close the window and try again and it worked. It is almost like the communication between the Back Page and the Client was mis directed. I have also seen the issue IF they are doing Maintenance on the server but 7 days is way too long for that.

    When was the last time you cleared the Browser History, Flash and Java Caches, or reset your Modem/Router? I ask as these have sometimes helped clear up the hick-ups caused with the servers.

    Hiya tibstar,

    Have you tried any of the hints mentioned above by HelpMeHelpYou? If you are still experiencing the green loading bar issue, could you try using a difference browser?
