[TI] Can't get past START

US 3 and 4 (with other user IDs)

I log in fine and press the START button.

I get this message:

I followed the link last night and updated my Flash Player.

I still got the prompt. I restarted the computer and came up with the same prompt.

I can get in on every other server except these 2. It's hard to get daily log in bonuses if I can't get past START!

 

What Browser are you using? I found I could not continue accessing D O with OPERA even though I had been using it without issue for the last couple of years. I had issues with the Flash provided with Chrome crashing all of the time, bit now I am playing with it as if nothing has ever happened to it. For whatever reason the most recent changes to the game is preventing browsers using Flash as a Plug-In to access it even though you have enabled it to do so.

 

I am using Chrome
I can log on to other servers...GA1-n, GE1-n, GB1 and 2 with no problem...I can access US1 and US2 Same browser some different login IDs US3 and US4 are the only servers with this issue? Up until the last 3 days everything was going fine. Suddenly 2 days ago this issue showed up on these 2 servers?


I use the Syfy bridge, the Bigpoint bridge and the DarkOrbit bridge. All have the same problem with US3 and 4?

My best ID is in US3

I tried clearing cache and all browser history still no joy!

 

I tried with Firefox and it is even worse!

Our apologies for the delayed response. A simple browser change may help or if you want to stick with Chrome you may need to go into the browser settings to allow flash/java to be recognized. Below is an example using Opera browser; As stated above you may need to do this with every page you experience the issue.


Please let us know if you still experience this issue.

 

I have tried the OPERA several times and find that the recent changes done by D O do not allow for Opera to open the Flash, whereas other sites do work as they did before. Funny thing is that I used to always get WebGL failures in Chrome (the reason I quit using it) which caused issues with freezing and never had the issue with Opera, now Chrome works fine and Opera will not OPEN the Client.

 

i can't find this in the settings for Chrome maybe someone who knows CHrome better than I do can help because the Opera example was useless!

 

Okay in top right click the 3 dots and select "settings". Go to Bottom and click "Advanced". In the first box find "Content settings" click the arrow. Find JavaScript and Flash (each their own arrow) make sure the slide bar is set to Allowed (Java) and Ask First (Flash) the slider should be BLUE. IF this has been completed the first time you open a page using Flash it will ask and automatically ADD to the list or you can manually add the pages needed. I am unable to post pictures but this is the most current version of Chrome (Version 62.0.3202.94 (Official Build) (64-bit)), so either update to current version or let us know what version (found in "settings" click the 3 bars top left beside page title, select "about Chrome") you are using and maybe someone else can provide the information to you.

I have the same problem I did everything the mods told me to do but I still can't get past the loading screen.
I play on usa 3

 

Google Chrome is up-to-date

still cant login ..please restart the servers

 

I have no updates and the game isn't starting. German and Nederland players have the same problem.

 

Are you using Chrome. I know I can not use FireFox or Opera but can use Google with the settings as I set above. I can even play without lagging out like I used to.

Did you check the settings and allow the site to run Flash when asked?

 

so far it's working I had to put in

us3.darkorbit.com.443

to get it to work. It was already in for the other servers that I use just a problem on us3 and us4

Everyone may need to check their cookie settings, or specifically the block cookie settings. I just had to unblock some Bigpoint cookies and was then able to get onto the map.

theres tabs for cookies, flash and javascript there
