[TI] Can't log in into my acc

    When I try to log into my account, the page loads and stays in the same page without saying what they issue was, no wrong password, no wrong username.

    However I noticed that in the URL is says something like "code=error99" or something like that. I know those numbers mean something. But i really don't know what exactly they mean.
    Can someone please tell me what has happened to my acc?
    and before you say something.
    No I did not use bot.
    Yes I pay for everything I got/played.
    No I do not used or have ever used cheats in DO.
    And yes I already contacted support but they haven't answered me. So I wanted to know if someone can give me an expectation of what is happening.

    So I'm banned?
    This is unacceptable I bought uridium this Sunday... What is wrong with these people.

    Your ship is banned since the URL said Code error , just mail support and ask them how long is the ban

    If your ship is banned then unfortunately there is nothing we can do from forums, you will just have to wait for support. However in future can you try and remember to always post the UID of the account or the name and server as this makes it easier to help you.

    I use the one you gave me and then I received another error that instead of 99 is the number 13

    Edit:
    I tried your link in another browser and it displayed the error 99 again, so now I am very confused what does this 2 different numbers mean?

    and support just hasn't answer to me.

    We don't know for sure what the numbers mean, but 13 isn't one you usually see (so it's probably a ban). 99 means your session has expired, you'll see it from time to time.

    Well at one point I was getting error 13
    Now I keep on getting error 99
    it was error 99 all day yesterday until like night time it turn to error 13
    then i tried a different browser and it was error 99
    and now is error 99 on all the browsers again.
    I am pretty confused and support hasnt replied to me yet,.

    I do not think you have been banned or anything. I had exactly the same issue, how did i sort it? I enabled cookies in browser. Try it, refresh login page, let us know how you got on.
