[TI] Can´t log in the Game

    AEGIS-II User

    Hello

    I have two accounts on Darkorbit, boath of them was not in use for 6 months, yesterday i try to log at the account with the User AEGIS-I, and a can´t, a message with Forbiden apears on the screen.
    I contact Suport and they told me that my account was inactive for too long and was desactivated...
    I dont think that is posible because i still receive messages from the game to log in, and i also can change my password, so desactivated?? Dont think so, as usual is just another problem with the game and the suport just bypass it and close my help request.

    Is there anyone here that can help me?

    The user name of the account is AEGIS-I, my ID i can´t say it beacuse i can log in the game..
