[TI] cant play in 3d

hi there i cant play in 3d my pc is well able to handle it my flash is up to date and help please ? cheers snails

What browser are you using? At least for me 32-bit Firefox just refuses to be able to turn 3D mode on(I've tried lots of things but nope), but the 64-bit version(which I use now) does work. Another thing you can check just in case is, right click on the start page>Settings... and make sure hardware acceleration is enabled/ticked:


(Also could check your browser settings, as described by BA-Deter on this linked post(at least for Chrome but shouldn't be hard to find it on other browsers))

Of course also try using a different browser(make sure it is updated), might be able to tell if it is a general potential issue with your PC that way. (if it wont let you on any browser, then guess try the usual clear cache/flash, try reinstalling flash and update(if have one) your GPU driver to latest version)


Unless you mean you have poor performance in 3D(guess could still try those things), if so then will have to explain your issue more.

Edit: I've checked again on 32-bit Firefox, at least for me it wasn't due to Flash addon being disabled. Though I have finally found one way that gets 3D to work at least for me on 32-bit Firefox. Had to disable "Adobe flash protected mode", but as just by the name you really shouldn't(especially if read more about what it does)... Aka don't lol. (though see you didn't have this issue)

 

u will need to enable hardware accelleration,check your browser for this setting and on the GAME CLIENT start page;right click,a flash dialog will appear,check hardware accelleration to enable.

 

if u ahve a 32 bit system and are using firefox,go to addons,click enable flash,firefox in their infinite wisdom auto disables flash.
