[TI] Cargo bay is full but cant sell

    Hello

    Havent played this game for years thought i would come back and give it a go. However i cant seem to empty my cargo bay as its full but when i go to either the pet cargo selling method or to the space station in 2-1 i cant get the option to sell as when the pop up comes up there isnt any ore of any kind. Would appreciate some help in selling please if you have had this problem before.

    Hm, can you clarify if it isn't Seprom or Palladium that is in your cargo? Since you can't sell Seprom and can't sell/trade Palladium anywhere except from 5-2. Basically just to eliminate those possible reasons, which can see Sep/Palla from the in-game Refining window(looks like a rocket)>Upgrade like this:

    If it isn't due to Sep/Palla, then I'd say try clearing browser cache/flash and try using a different browser.

    I have had some issues with my SkyLab Transfers not showing up in the TRADE window and had to re-log to the client to get it to register. I have also had to re-open the TRADE window several times to get it to register that I have stuff to sell. As Kyro says, check the Refinery and Upgrade tab inside to see what materials are filling the Cargo Bay. You may even want to "Park" a ship in 5-2 where you can Exchange the Palladium (if that is the ore blocking your cargo bay).

    You say it has been awhile since you have played, have you verified you have the most recent versions of your Browser, Java, Flash Player? When was the last time you cleared the Browser History, deleted the Java and Flash Caches, Restarted the Computer and Modem/Router? Do you have a Browser with a Flash Player integrated into it (Chrome for example)?

    IF you have the lower level rocks you may even try to REFINE them to see if you are able to do this activity. IF none of this works then you may need to have SUPPORT look into the account to see what is going on.
