    My chat has not worked for days. I keep getting this note....{chat.dochat.chat.authenticationFailed}
    The connection to the server was lost.

    I hope this will be fixed soon? :)

    This is a reoccurring issue in the game, send an email to the support with your user ID and IP address and they should have the problem resolved promptly

    EDIT: You'll most likely be told to clear your cache restart your PC and all of that jazz, for the most part this is useless so I really suggest you try and consult the support as soon as possible
