[TI] Chat {chat.dochat.chat.authenticationFailed}

    I am not sure if this is the proper place to make a thread but
    When I logged in client, the game couldn't connect to chat and this is what appeared in the log:

    Welcome to INTEX Systems
    {chat.dochat.chat.authenticationFailed}
    The connection to the server was lost.
    {chat.dochat.chat.authenticationFailed}
    The connection to the server was lost.
    {chat.dochat.chat.authenticationFailed}
    The connection to the server was lost.
    {chat.dochat.chat.authenticationFailed}
    The connection to the server was lost.

    I have tried everything like reseting the router, clearing the browser cache, restarting the computer but nothing seems to work. But when i tried to log from other devices the chat seemed to work. So my question is why can't i connect to chat with the computer?

    If the occasional Clearing cache and Flash along with a re-log doesn't. We ask that you please Contact Support for further guidance and assistance with the UserID/Server for the account you are experiencing this issue on.
