    ^ has this happened to anyone else? because this is my third time experiencing it and its ruining my in-game experience. First two times support fixed it and now its happened again and support are not replying back... anyone know how to fix it?

    If the occasional Clearing cache and Flash along with a re-log doesn't help after Support has fixed the issue once before we ask that you please continue the matter through Support for further guidance and assistance with the UserID/Server for the account you are experiencing this issue on. Sorry to hear this has a bad impact on your gaming experience.
