    Hello, i have a problem with chat since 1 week ago, when i connect the game says
    {chat.dochat.chat.authenticationFailed}

    I clear my browser and the cache from adobe, i try multiple browser and send ticket to support but nothing works...

    Best to send a ticket to support with lots of information like IP address. A number of players have had their chat restored after submitting this information and I am in the middle of working on it myself. I have no chat when home but can chat away while at work, where I can't really play. :oops:
