    Hello
    I have problem with chat over than 1 month, all time write ( The connection to the server was lost).
    I send ticket to support before 4 days and didnt got answer or chat. i send again on same ticket but still nothing.
    Can and MOD,SMOD..... help?

    Hello ÏMÞΣЯíØÚĽ†CíGÔ†,

    Unfortunately it seems the Chat has come and gone in the past few days and this does affect us Moderators/Admins as well. This issue has been previously been passed up. However, if you had the Authorization Failed message then you will need to contact Support with your IP Address. For the recent Chat outages please refer to the Current US-server chats-down again thread for further updates on this issue.

    As you have contacted Support you will need to Continue this matter through Support. Please give up to 48 hours for a support response. In most cases they are able to respond very quickly however sometimes support do get busy and it may take longer.

    Closing as pending Support response.
