[TI] chat server issue

    The connection to the server was lost. ive tried refreshing chat, clearing cach, resetting router.
    some on ts chat is working for.

    What error are you seeing? There are 2 different causes for chat to be down if it is an error with "security system" you just have to wait for it to clear itself up. If it is "authentification failed" then you need to send;

    Ship name
    Server affected
    User ID
    and Internet seen IP Address

    to Support and wait for them to get to you, about a week.

    This >Thread< is where they are addressing the security error issue.

    Hello MuRd3R_InC†™,

    Thank you HelpMeHelpYou for assisting the user with their concern. Chat was back up and running a few hours ago while on watch but it has gone down again at the moment. The Chat issue has been passed up to Support. As HelpMeHelpYou has stated there is a current thread regarding Chat Issues so if possible we ask that users refer to that thread for any small updates/posts as well as any Tech Announcements regarding these issues.

    Closing as referred to Current Chat Issues thread.
