    sry to bother u busy folks, but my chat now has been down for a month. I have givin all my info and still no results, I really like the game and really hate to stop playing over a chat issue. plz help a fellow gamer out. thanx ALPHAWOLF[-6-]

    Depending on the error received you may have to send a report to Support with;
    Ship Name, User ID, Server affected, IP address

    You may have to clear your Browser History and delete the Flash and Java Caches and make sure you have the most recent updates for these.

    It has been quite a while since I had issues with the chat.
