    First off, please try a few things to see if it affects your chat; 1. clear your various caches 2. try a different browser 3. reboot your computer 4. reboot your internet modem/router (to be sure it isn't caching any old data) 5. make sure your flash player and browser are completely up to date.
    i have done all of this and my chat still don't work could you please fix it

    One thing i notice isn't in that list is checking if your Java is up to date? If you are still experiencing this issue please do contact Support with your IP address for further Guidance and Assistance.
