[TI] Client screen dropped out and not able to reconnect

Although the game seemed to be working 3:00pm thru about 3:30pm server time; by 3:50pm the client screen started lagging a lot, then the connection dropped.
Cache has been cleared and I have tried to start the client several times to no avail.

Tried again about 11:45 pm (server time) it seems to be fixed with respect to getting the client screen to stay up.
However, unable to change configs and the P.E.T. only shows 2 options ( one is passive the other is guard mode). Checked equipment and everything shows as assigned via backpage inventory. Just the client screen isn't as it should be.

 

Have you cleared the Browser History, both Java and Flash Caches, reset router/modem, and restarted your computer? This may be an issue with the server that will correct itself at the server reset also.

 

Actually, it is a yes and no answer. Java cache seems to only like to be cleared during a computer reset. The browser history and all cache gets cleared on the twice daily computer reset that has become a routine activity due to dark orbit requirements. modem/router is reset every 2 -3 days for same reason in the hopes it alleviates DO connectivity.

I have seen the same conditions within minutes after a complete power off and restart and found other sites (some with cation games) that have no problem. Still kind of hoping that eventually this gets sorted in the near future.

Did you get the assigned equipment available again? IF not then I would send in a ticket to Support before doing anything else to the account.

 

Everything is showing up again. Operation is what passes for normal in the game (Intermittent lag) . . .
