[TI] connection issues

    Hi i am on USA West coast and i am having connection issues i press start it loads fine and when i press start again it just keeps saying establishing connection and never loads. or its fine for a few hours and then it just goes to pieces. It is like this through out the hole day and night. It only happens on this sever every other sever i play on works like a dream. i have done all the basic stuff clean cache, history, cookies. pleas help me i don't know what more to do and this problem is destroying my game play
