[TI] Event mission kills don't register

Another glitch?

Trying to get caught up on my second best account, took the mission for 5 bbl. Had killed one previous, logged out and later back on, then killed 2 more and noticed they don't show up in mission tab. Still reads 1/5. Cleared cache, rebooted, relogged, and still no.

Not sure if I should waste more ammo trying, or if I should dump the mission and try a different one?

Is that the only mission you have for bbl at the moment? If you have others that call for it, you may have gotten the credit there.

 

Another thing to remember you can have 5 Missions open at a time not including Event (1 max usually) or Daily's (which will allow all 12 to be open at one time). Make sure you do not have any other mission requiring the BBL's as the system applies the kills to the first mission opened instead of the first applied (the exception is if the mission is the one that is active on screen). Proper test to this is have this one showing on your screen then kill another BBL and see if it applied the kill to the mission.

If this fails to make it apply then you will need to make Screen Shots (with Time visible) of the mission before and after a kill along with the logbook showing the kill, so you can send them to Support to have them look at your account. They can manually apply the kills as needed to the mission, assuming they were not applied to another mission as mentioned by PSK~SUNDANCE.
