    Hi,

    Every time I change location, jumping threw the gates, my "Heart Formation" changing to the standart formation.

    What can I do to solve this issue.

    Unfortunately, there is nothing that you could do at the moment. It's effecting everyone. Support probably already knows about it.

    Thank you TheShadows for assisting the user with their concern. As stated above it's an issue affecting everyone at the moment. This has been passed up to Support for further investigation and hope for the issue to be resolved soon. This is one of the few issue that have appeared from the recent Updates for which a Known Issues thread has been posted in the Tech Announcements for users to see Status of these issues.

    Your patience is greatly appreciated.

    Will be Closing as this issue is being looked into/multiple threads regarding the issue already reported.
