[TI] Frozen P.E.T 10 at portal

    This happen when Pet is activated and performing a portal jump, after the jump Pet did not appear in new map, jumping back you will see Pet is stuck at portal not following you, but the booster animated.

    Did you attempt to close the PET, Jump the portal and reactivate your PET?

    Please let me know if your PET is still stuck at a specific portal.

    Also did you try logging off and relogging onto the game?

    All I need to do is activate and deactivate my Pet. It is weird cause it happen twice on the same portal, at my home map 3-3 to 3-2.

    As it appears to be a lag issue, so the work around should resolve the issue. If it does not, we will work to try and find a better solution.

    Send a ticket to support explaining the issue. Maybe they can check it out.

    Hi Type-0Z,

    I have just been on my admin account to check for this issue, and after jumping in and out of the 3-2/3-3 portals many times with my P.E.T., not once did the P.E.T. become frozen.

    May i ask what browser it is you use, and which server it is that you are experiencing this issue on?

    I'm using Google Chrome and I'm playing on Global America 3. I don't have autolooter.

    Hi Type-0Z,

    Sadly we are still having issues trying to get this issue to occur. :(

    May i ask whether you have a particular PET gear active when you are jumping the portal? Also does it happen every time you jump this particular portal, or only on some occasions?

    It does not happen all the time, but when it happen and you realized it during battle it is very annoying. I tested it with guard and passive mode. I also notice guard mode will turn to passive mode.
