  1. Know how I can tell it's 9.30 pm?

Game becomes un-playable.. lag freezing.. keep it up "Team" doing a hell of a good job.
Keep discouraging us eventually we will ALL stop playing.

This happens every single night 7 days a week. Thought maybe some of you on the Dev. team could have figured this out by now. Hmm perhaps it's more like you just couldn't care less.

    Hello `°ƒµll·†Ħгô††lє°´,

Don't want to bother you with this post if you have already seen/done it but, this is an on-going issue where lag fixes have been implemented during the previous months, however the issue still lingers around. If the usual clearing cache/flash, resetting modem or changing browser do not work then we ask for your help.

For Support and the Development Team to further investigate this Lag issue we ask that you please Contact Support with the following information; Ship Name, User ID, Server, a copy of HAR file and exact Time/Date when you experience the most lag. Below is the link with instructions on how to do this.

    https://toolbox.googleapps.com/apps/har_analyzer/

    ****Notice**** (Please read)
Do Not post your HAR File information on the forums, this is for Support to further investigate the ongoing connectivity issues with these servers. They do not care for personal information or for anything other than finding out what problem is. This is not just a Copy/Paste answer as I have logged in to play on INT1 (Global Europe1) a few days ago while in chat and recorded a video during what users stated "Lag peak Time". The video was passed up with the necessary information stated above.

We can assure you that the information within these files never will go to anyone other than the DO Dev team!

We know it's not what you want to hear, but this is what Support and the Development Team have asked from us. We did get new feedback from the Developers yesterday to notify us they have found some areas where the problem may be located. It's easier said than done as no fix date has been stated.

    Closing as answered/referred to Support.
