[TI] GA1 Chrismas lag.

  1. First of all, I would like to see if its also that horrible on other servers. The game is now completly death after like 2 pm. I mean, literraly nobody plays until reset where game become playable again. If you dont see the population dropping that much, its only because of bots.

    Apparently this issue is not new. Its been going on since a long time on GA1 and if I knew it I would of gone on a different server for sure. I think we can agree that most players agree with a 2 reset per day idea. But it seems the admins dont move even their little finger on the issue.

    I do not want to start over so I would like to know if you guys can transfer my ship on another server that actually works.

    Is it possible to ask your admins to transfer ships to another server?

    In the event of them being too lazy to do so, just know that im out and Ill be playing a game that can be played 24/7...
     
  2. if u looked around u would find they are trying to fix the problem the ask people for as much info as they can about time it starts maps it happends most on and so on its started when loads moved them US side making more traffic to that server a server reset wont fix it
     
  3. It dosen't answer my main question.
    And for the traffic maybe it would help if there wasn't 300 bots per maps.
    Im feeling ripped off my premium and other stuff on a server that is not working. I wanna be transfered somewhere else.

    Thank you both for assisting the user with their concern. This is an on-going issue where lag fixes have been implemented during the previous months, however the issue still lingers around. If the usual clearing cache/flash, resetting modem or changing browser do not work then we ask for your help.

    For Support and the Development Team to further investigate this Lag issue we ask that you please Contact Support with the following information; Ship Name, User ID, Server, a copy of HAR file and exact Time/Date when you experience the most lag. Below is the link with instructions on how to do this.

    Do Not post your HAR File information on the forums, this is for Support to further investigate the ongoing connectivity issues with these servers. They do not care for personal information or for anything other than finding out what problem is. This is not just a Copy/Paste answer as I have logged in to play on INT1 (Global Europe1) a few days ago while in chat and recorded a video during what users stated "Lag peak Time". The video was passed up with the necessary information stated above.

    We can assure you that the information within these files never will go to anyone other than the DO Dev team!

    We know it's not what you want to hear, but this is what Support and the Development Team have asked from us. We did get new feedback from the Developers today to notify us they have found some areas where the problem may be located. It's easier said than done as no fix date has been stated.
