[TI] GA1 some problems..

Last night the game was down for pretty much the whole evening. Later I did manage to get onto the game.

Here are a couple of issues I am experiencing now.

Try to jump from 1-5 to 4-5.. limbo, nothing, stuck. Try do refresh no connection. Close game page. Go to hanger and change ships, log back on game and "Warp" stuck ship back to 1-6.

This happens again this evening a few times actually.

So I think hmmm rather than going to enemy maps via 4-5 I'll go via pvp maps.

So far I'm out 6 jump credits using warp method and each time I also loose my cloak. I don't need nor am I asking for these to be credited back to me.

Just wanted ya'all to know what's up.

Hurts having the urge to go kill enemy but can't get out of home maps

I can't even get the GA1 map to open.
It can't get past the scrolling green dots in the connection information box.
Never connects.

I'm experiencing troubles too as I can't login the main game. I'm just stuck on the loading screen, ever since I jumped into my beta gate On Sunday.

 

I appreciate this is Easter, but at the end of the day this is also a business being run. Not saying this is the fault of Support, as they're powerless. It's been almost 3 days like this for GA1, not to mention the time based premium items that are ticking by.

Bit of a disappointing come-back to the game after 8 years, wanted to see if there's been positive improvements. Unsure if this is affirmation the game is dying or the apathy has just remained unchanged.

 

My game has stuck in establishing connection for two days, Thanks for the bug, It isn't fixed at all, I gave up, I quit.
I did forwarded the problem with the support but they just said we know the problem and trying to fix it, same old dialogue.

 

Hello Everyone,

Great news! The development tech team have found the source of the issue and we are awaiting a possible fix soon [no date yet]. In the meantime there may be some of the usual lag and disruptions, but looking on the bright side this is being worked on to provide a better gaming experience for you all.

At the end of last evening, I was too tired to post this

I did notice that none of my ships that where located in lowers maps would connect, but my Saturn & Tartarus where located in 1-5 & 1-6 and login to game was normal. I did't try the 5x maps, didn't think of it although I have my vengy parked in 5-3

Just got home from work now so going to try the game. See how it goes.

Thought I would add this for Taffy, Dave & St.Louis.

Try logging on a ship located in uppers maps if you have one there. Then "Warp" a stuck ship there ​

Update: Well it's been a couple of hours since this post, I've logged in lowers, logged in PVP maps and logged in 5x maps all seems to be working fine here.
