[TI] Galaxy gate event

Can someone esplayn why galaxy event weekend canceled? It was nice say weekend.
I finaly got Herkules,from 7th try and event finished.Why? is not fair for players,many of us was buy and save uri for this and is canceled.

 

The back page news letter is still showing for the GG double reward day so I would assume that the event is still running and there as been no OA to say that there as been a cancellation of any kind, also the reduction on the cost of gate spins is still active. It may be worth a double check to see if you have over seen the GG double reward day on your back page.

 

ÏMÞΣЯíØÚĽ†CíGÔ†, As far as I know the event is ongoing. When going the the GG page, the GG spinner is still showing Double Rewards banners on them.

Raijin,why than i didnt got double hercules,like others? People from my clan got 2x lf4, 2x havoc,2x time hercules.i was finish after midnight and got 1 hercules.you can check

The double rewards banner is currently not showing on gates So I think it is finished.

 

Can confirm. I'm on one of the GE servers and double rewards were gone starting 12:00 AM Sunday. Nice one BP.

 

The banner is gone from us3 server as it just switched to Sunday but the information is still in the News Section. So explain to me which is it supposed to be.

 

After server restart is show again notification that is double reward.Something was happen betwen midnight and srever restart. Mani people was complain on chat that finish gate after midnight and didnt got double

i was contact support too.support dont know why that happen because event supose to be for whole weekend,not with pause.but i still didnt got my second herkules. thay need investigate what happen, because thay got many complains from players.

 

For whatever reason they left the notification of Bonus Reward Day in the News but failed to program the system to apply it to the gates. I would assume those making reports to Support of gates done on Sunday (log entry Screen Shots proof) would get the Bonus Booked after they have a chance to verify it. I must say it is funny that they do not call these Weekend's instead of Days since they usually run the entire weekend.

I would wait till the News no longer showed the Reward Day Information and send in a ticket followed by the response to the auto reply email with the Screen Shots of each completed G G done while the R D was posted in the News that was not double rewarded (per the >FAQ<), I know ammo and Uridium are not supposed to be doubled. Just remember the rewards are issued after the gate is finished not when you enter it so you must complete it before the new day starts on the server (0000 Server Time) unless the News still shows the R D are running.

 

OK,so what now? whats going to be? will we got our revards,will we got new gate....or what? why any mod not say something? Raijin say "As far as I know the event is ongoing". Did that means that is something wrong in game and we will still got revard,or what? is no point making posts any more till some mod say something

 

the mods dont no anything on the matter and they cant ask anyone els as its the weekends if there is a bug with it then they will just say they will run it again if not then the banner for teh gates shoudl go off

 

ok,i just got notification that is Mega happy tonight. all uri i got in game and what i buy i give for kappa. so what now? will i buy uri and make kappa or not? is it some bug or? what to do? Dosnt meter why is weekend,support is still there. I got answer from support "The event does still show on the breaking news center, but presently does not seem active elsewhere. I have sent an inquiry on this so we can try to find out what is going on." Dont know, what that means? Will i still got revard, is is still doble gate revard,or is not? whats happening?
