[TI] Galaxy Gate Free Energy

It appears when I try and use the free energy feature on the Galaxy Gate's page sometimes the video that pops up doesn't load, then if I try to manually pause then play it again I'll still get nothing. Other times it work perfectly fine, though when it doesn't work that costs me one video.
I'd like to say I'm complaining about something as little as this, but it appears to be a reoccurring bug and I'd like to find out if anybody else is suffering from the same issue?

Can i ask whether there are any specific ads that you are having particular troubles with? For example, is it always the same advert(s) that doesn't give you any free energy as a reward?

There's a particular advert that doesn't play, though I can't be specific and tell you which since it doesn't play at all. It simply says "powered by supersonic." When I try and play it if it doesn't load itself I click pay, and again nothing happens. I've left it to buffer for several minutes as well and nothing comes of that, so in the end I close the tab and evidently that counts as a video watched.

 

Your lucky my region does not give any videos well once in the past 8 months, that is, for free energy or time in skylab ( no available videos at the moment ) is all i get

I did have a few last weekend. So, it is not at my end. I believe it's where I live.
I live in S.E A and play on GA3.

I don't know if its server wide or my personal settings or the country which my isp is linked to

That's unfortunate. Perhaps you might have an adblock activated?

 

There are ads that come up on the Free Energy vids that do not generate a video...they just cycle for a second and stop. It is definitely a broken link or something. Sometimes you can click and get them to generate the reward and sometimes they just sit there. I have verified that I had no ad blockers running and other ads prior were fine. Agreeing with the OP there is a problem.
