[TI] galaxy gate gamma lag

I'm not sure if there's a place I go to post or ask. But recently I've lost multiple lives in 2 galaxy gates. the first was a beta gate where I was lagged out in the protegit wave 2 times and was unable to complete it.
Next I was in gamma gate and was lagged out 3 consecutive times in the kristalon wave. It's odd because I don't run into lag anywhere else in darkorbit. I've recently returned to darkorbit after about a year and a half or so to play. I'm not asking for a refund of the beta gate, but I would definitely like to get reset back on my gamma gate seeing as how it took me a long time to get it and get about a third of the way into the kristallon wave. I'd just like to get the gate back. I'm somewhat annoyed that the gates still lag this much after being away a year. I have played with no other programs or internet tabs open except for the actual game tab. I've cleared my cache and browsing history before attempting gate waves like sibelonits, saimons and kristalons and still get massive lag. I set quality to low and play with almost every ingame tab down while going through the gates. I'd really like to stick with darkorbit as a pass time but it's already difficult if I have to worry about lag everytime i'd like to do a galaxy gate.

 

Please know that during the weekend when more players are on the game some player experience more in game lag than others. Here are a few things that could be causing lag.

1. Web Browser is not up to date
2. Flash and java not up to date - or missing plug ins
3. Cache needs to be empty
4. Browser history may need to be cleared.
5. Distance from server
6. Computer graphic overload. (Graphics card slow or not enough Ram).
7. Internet type - Wifi, DSL, cable broadband or phone connection.
8. Programs Running in the Background
9. Clear Flash player data: Can be done at the following link

10. Try a different Browser to see if issue continues.
11. Possible server problem.

These are all things that could be causing the issue, these are just suggestions as to what the issue might be to help you resolve the current problem.

Please know that in the event that you do lose the gate in question, players are given on free gate reset every 30 days. So if you have not had a gate reset within the last 30 days.. this may be an option.

I haven't gotten a gate reset in the last 30 days, so how do I go about doing that? thank you for your time as well.

 

You contact support, Provide the following information:

Ship name: (In game name not Ship type)
User ID:
Server Playing
Registered Email address for account
Gate Requesting reset.

Go to you home page of Dark Orbit in the Top Right corner Click on the Help Icon... click support, a window will pop up. Fill in the boxes. in the comment section add all the information requested above blue even if it is duplicate information.
