[TI] Game Doesn't Load Properly

    Hi,

    Today I attempted to log in to the game, however I cannot get past the loading screen - The load bar fully loads, but does not turn green.

    I am using the latest version of Firefox and my Flash player is up to date.
    (I have similar problems using Internet Explorer.)

    Hello U.S.S.Westpoint,

    If you have tried this with a different browser and cleared cache/Flash etc and still no luck could you please reset/unplug your modem/router for a few seconds and plug it back in? Have you checked if your drivers are up to date? If this issue has not been resolved we ask that you please Contact Support for further Guidance and Assistance.
