    I've just lost one Kappa gate because the lag/bug when you jump,and don't load the new wave. I am Ufe...what we do now ? why i play here??? Some lag/bug to make me nervous ? fix the game or we are out of it ! And i want my gate back !

    The best thing you can do is to send a message to support. I am not sure how long it will take for them to get back to you though. Give them as much information as possible about the problem and hope you get it back. Unfortunately we are all suffering because of bugs and glitches we can only hope they manage to sort them out soon.

    Hello Heinekenn,

    Thank you ∞§†ØÑΣMΔ§ØÑ∞ for assisting the user with their concern. It is possible to contact support and request a courtesy gate reset, however the player must contact support with 48 hours of the gate being failed. Please give up to 48 hours for a support response. In most cases they are able to respond very quickly however sometimes support do get busy and it may take longer.
