    So I was doing my alpha gate yesterday, when I had been lagging a lot while i was in it. I had died twice due to this lag(would have never died if he didn't), so I had one live left. After I popped the second time, everything froze on me. It would tell me to repair my ship, but when I put repair, it just froze there. So I logged out until today, and when I got back I had no lives left. When clearly I had 1 more. I had just don't sk's too which was a real pain for someone who isn't that good. Just upset that I spend so much time in 5-3 trying to get gate spins for nothing.

    Send ticket to support and they will most likely rebuild your gate for you.

    Send a message to support, saying you lost the gate due to lag. They will give it back to you, but you will have to start the gate over from the beginning.

    NOTE: This process can only be done once, every 30 days. Not per gate.
