    Hello,

The server Global Europe 1 freezes tonight every 20-30 seconds. I have not been playing too much today, but after ~19h server time it keeps freezing. This freeze is really noticeable, cause I cannot lock anything or move around.

It is definitely not up to my computer, cause I did speed tests, cleared cache and restarted all network devices I have. On chat, others also reported that whole night the server is freezing and lagging.

Please have a look into this, cause with that lag it is not playable.

    Regards,
    xTidus

It is quite natural that lag would happen since 100-200 people bash hades for 18-20 hours a day(with no exaggeration),isn't it?

Well, with all due respect to your opinion, if someone wants to do Hades gate 200 times a day, I also want to be able to play and complete my missions without freezing every 15 seconds, right? :)

    Hello xTidus,

Don't know how many times this has been said, but the Developers and the Tech team are aware of these issues. Some of the issues lingering from the server migration have been resolved, however there are others which still lurk :/ One of the reasons for the server migrations was to reduce the lagg impact it had on these GA issues, but it seems it still occurs. Lag occurs every now and then, however there are ways to reduce the impact it has on your gaming experience. Have you cleared your cache/flash? Have you tried using a different browser or resetting your modem/router?

Should these issues arise again we ask you to contact Support so the Developers can once again further investigate this issue with the following information; Ship Name, UserID, Server and an rough Time estimate of when this issue occurs. These are very important in order to find what the issue is and when the issue occurs.

    Closing as referred to Support,

    Take Care.
