    Hello why GB1 is freezing while double GG is active(and not only)Can you please fix that problem?

    Hello Mepps,

    Lag occurs every now and then, however there are ways to reduce the impact it has on your gaming experience. Have you cleared your cache/flash? Have you tried using a different browser or resetting your modem/router? Or it might just be your distance from the server. Such as if you are playing US East1 while you reside in a different country(EU/GB).

    Your thread states Global Europe, but your post says GB1. Could you please clarify?

    Please let us know if you are still experiencing this issue?
