    I entered the zeta gate on saturday and lost connection and couldnt get back into the game, i saw a post on the portuguese threads about this, can you get my ship out of there?

    Can i have something back? I was going to use my rebate that i bought on gates, also wasted boxes duplicator and premium.... but it wasted it and i was going to do many zetas today and open booty keys...

    You will need to contact Support for that. I don't believe they will return the missing hours for the downtime though.
