    Hello McCLUCKER[Paul],

    Thank you HelpMeHelpYou for assisting the user with their concern. Unfortunately this is something that we are unable to assist you with in the Forums, however in the event that a player has failed a gate it is possible to contact support and request a courtesy gate reset. Courtesy gate resets are available to players every 30 days, however the player must contact support with 48 hours of the gate being failed. Players are only given 1 courtesy gate reset every 30 days.
