Please fix my Hades gate. I cant jump in. Thank you.

You need to be in a group of at least 4 players to enter that gate and all the players must be on the same stage, if this is not the case it's because you really didn't give that good of a description of what the problem is. Also when you try to enter that gate and you are not able to usually there is a message that pops up and explains why you can't enter. Hope this helps!!

 

Year ago was some bug. After that i cant jump in hades. I tried in group but nothing..

 

What segment are you on 1, 2, or 3? What segment was the group on? These have to match otherwise you can not jump into the gate. Did you have the required group to be able to jump into the gate?

IF all stipulations to enter the gate were met and you were still not granted access then you need to send a ticket to Support as the Mods have been restricted from assisting with Gates and Stuck in Maps issues.

you need to be in a group that is doing hades in order to join they must also be on the same wave as you are so that they are not ahead or behind
