    Yesterday during the Helix Blitz Sale 400% I tried to purchase almost 2 million uridium with my debit mastercard and I could not, everytime I tried to check out after putting in my private information I would get a message saying "Error transaction cannot be processed" so it gave me the option to use other methods for purchase SO I did and I used amazon pay to purchase 1 month of premium membership AND the 2 million worths of Uridium I DID get the confirmation email from amazon pay saying my order has been confirmed BUT I have NOT received my items purchased is this a bug? I have screenshots and the emails to prove I have gotten these confirmation emails, I would like answers as I am a paying customer like most on this game, thank you.     You should have sent in a ticket instead of trying the forums they will probably just send you to support. Hope you get it soon but if you have proof i am sure they will honor it.

    I have, hopefully they can get back to me quick I waited a whole week for this Helix Blitz Sale I was trying to have these items before Sunday.
