    Hi there.

    I got a big problem here with login and support.

    I play on my acc and i spend some money few days earlier. Until yesterday I cant log in.
    It"s all started when test server comes on. I go to check test server after i was kicked wrom there I cant log in on my acc and other servers from taht acc. Support say that my acc was terminated in 2012??? How it is terminated when i have datas and profs from paymantes and play fey days earlier? Anyone help because support cant help me they still say that my acc was terminated in 2012 but i play on that acc in 2016 with date nov.8.2016 thats the date when I cnat log in anymore.

    I realy need help right now because i know that they do something wrong. Thanks.

    You will need to Contact Support regarding your issue, please give up to 48 hours for a support response. In most cases they are able to respond very quickly however sometimes support do get busy and it may take longer.
