[TI] How can I access repair ship menu after I got shot down?

Last time I got the 3 options was week ago. I'm getting only repair at the base option and have to fly back. I have premium.

 

I hate to say this may be an item that has to be sent to Support. I did not find anything in the >FAQ< showing you should not be seeing this and therefore you need to have the TECHS look at your account settings. The Killscreen is an automatic item and should be shown all of the time no matter if you have Premium, or Repair Credits, or Uridium that you have to pay for the repairs.

 

If the SpaceMap (Game Page) is closed or you have the "New Connection" window in front of you when you pop/die, you only get the option to repair at your companies base based on if you are in uppers or lower maps. This has been an ongoing problem for sometime since the 3 options were made available.

If you open the game page AFTER you have popped (IE: close the game and re-open it upon popping), or you lose connection just after popping or just before, upon establishing a new connection, you will only have the 1 option, as said before, this has been a known problem for some time.

Thank you for reminding me about the miserable poppings I have had from my ISP dropping my internet service while enjoying the game. I had forgot about these instances and the fact that a Lordakia got credit for popping me and could only repair at the home base.

I did not make the connection with the OP's complaint as they did not specify they had been killed while not connected to the server.

 

You're not the only one to be popped by a lordakia, my service went down for 6 hours once, I came back the next day to "A Lordakia alien ship shot you down"... one of my worst moments lol.

Anyways, not straying away from the thread here, but hope the previous replies help the OP.

IF we have not helped them then we need more information as to when they are seeing this issue. I get killed by a player and I get the 3 options, I get killed from stupidity (not watching my HP or AFK) I get the 3 options, I get killed because of FREEZE, LAG, Service Interruption I get single option.

Being killed when disconnected defaults to the single repair choice. You could allow something to kill you (WHILE CONNECTED) and see if it gives you the 3 choices. There is no on/off switch or way to make it come up as it is an automatic for when you are killed and actively playing the game. IF you are killed while playing the game and you do not get the options then it is time to contact SUPPORT with a screenshot of the issue so they can look into it for you.

The instant repair options are only available if you are actually in the maps at the time of death.

 

I tried and got my self killed 3 times while connected. It didn't get back. Thank you all. May be closed.

 

IF you do not get the Kill Screen (3 options to repair) then let Support know so they can correct it for you.
