[TI] I asked and it FAILED

  1. Okay when I asked for Clarification we were informed the "CODE" was going to be GOOD for BOTH DAYS.

    Nothing was even mentioned when I asked if it was going to be VALID or if we were going to have another New Years Code ISSUE. Well here we are the day it is supposed to work and it FAILS yet again, and of course since it is the weekend no one is going to be able to fix it till it is GONE.

    Why have you decided to do VOUCHER CODES instead of the Automatic Award when Logging In to the Game like you used to?

    WE deserve COMPENSATION for all of the FAILURES D O is NOT making GOOD ON.

    You really think they would have tried harder after the New Year FAILURE.....
    Go Back to the OLD way where you automatically just gave us the FREE STUFF............

  4. Well they should have had a heads up when I posted >THIS< thread. I know the New Years Gift was only Fireworks, but HECK they could not even give us a SORRY WE FAILED reply or compensation. Just the MODS saying this has been reported and we will advise if we hear anything, which they never did.

    My desire to see what happens after the merge is fading with every NEW FAILURE, that is not corrected.

    Just like the "Daily Bonus" I have 3-6 days (depending on month) that I am not getting a Bonus, as I do log in everyday just like we used to have to. All they did is allow people to gain things they would not normally be able to and punished the REALLY loyal players. Not saying the stuff we are getting is not better just we lost a lot of what we were used to getting every month/day.

    On another note, you can't demand compensation for something that was going to be given out for free or in good gesture.
