[TI] I have big problems with my account

  1. For 1 year, I spent over a billion U for Green boxes an LF4 event and got only 1 LF4!
    For almost two years I got 0 Havoc from Zeta gate!
    When I use my pet in portal, every time map crashes and ejected me from the game and I lose my portal!
    Recently spent over 300,000 for assembling of 22 Spectral Lancer III lasers and they do not work properly - smashes 130 damage intro alien ships instead 175 damage!
    More than a month my chat does not work!
    I wrote to the support, but I did not get any help about these issues :(

  3. The LF4, and Havok are random gifts and are affected by what everyone finds. Not really anything can be done about that.

    For your pet, I would take some time to make sure you clear all the normal stuff, and be sure everything on your computer is updated.

    The spectral laser problem is something that has been discussed in another thread at length.

    Chat is the one thing that support can help with but it normally takes some time. Have you tried it on different browsers, computers, locations?

    Hello Supernatural,

    Most of those issues will need to be handled through support, but the chat issue you can post in the chat section of forums. Due to the fact you have not had chat in so long when/if you post in chat board please include your uid server and ip address so we can check and make sure your chat was not ip banned for any reason.

  5. Just so you know the Chat Server is arbitrarily removing I P Addresses and have had to have them re-added to get chat back. I have currently had to have my address added 3 different times and I do not use it that often, but do request to see why it is not working again and find it was just my address was removed again (for no reason).
     
  6. My internet service provider uses dynamic IP not static (each time is different) and use their services without problems more than 2 years (and I'm not violated any darkorbit rules to get ban).
    I wrote to my (Bulgarian) Support for all these problems, but i didn't get any help from them :( So I posted here my problems with the ship as a last hope to find a solution and real help for these big issues!
