[TI] I need account help

    I put in a ticket with support but no one has gotten back to me yet. I had changed my IGN and was told it was too offensive for chat. I went to go change it but said I had to wait 48 hours to do so. I tried to talk the the MOD that had sent me the message but system would not allow me to do so. When I tried to login it told me that user name and password was not associated with any account. So I tried my old IGN and password and it doesn't say I have no account, just won't load game. I tried to have support send me my user name. Then I tried to get my password and it made me change it. So I put in my user name and password and it made me start a new account. Can MOD help me?

    Unfortunately there is not much we can help regarding your issue here in the forums as you will need to continue this matter through Support. What we can advice you to do is to please follow the Chat Rules. Please give Support up to 48hrs for a response, they try their best to respond but there are times when they are swamp with tickets.
