[TI] i need gate reset!!!

    After merge lags, so damn fun.. Lose VOT gates.. Lose kronos, support gave kronos back to me, just now lost kuiper and support doesn't care, they ain't reset it. I spend 400 eur in last month in this thing, but when clearly it game's foult for me to lose gate then i think support should have reseted it.. oh well time for rust i guess, screw do. So screwed up game with such a support i wonder how it still stays on top of the water..

    Why would you keep playing when you've lagged out the past six lives :rolleyes:

    Support typically will only reset 1 gate per month. This may be the reason. Sometimes it's best just to take a break and allow the server to come back to life so to speak. If you know you're on your last life in a gate it's best to purchase an extra life in the event you lag out and loose that final life.

    Hello FarmerLegend,

    Thank you all for assisting the user with their concern. Should you lose all lives in gates you do have the option of requesting a courtesy gate reset from support. There are guidelines, but shoot them a message ;)

    Do you the original poster have any further questions/concerns or may we close?
