    if gate lost due crash or freeze or gray circle or lag
    can recover with five lives or three lives?

    If you are inquiring about a Galaxy Gate you are able to send Support a message regarding Courtesy Galaxy Gate reset.

    However if you are writing in about the VoT then you will have to wait the cooldown.
