[TI] improper outlaw

I went Outlaw recently from fighting enemies, I kamied and smartbombed and there were peoples pets around that kept popping from those while I was fighting, even though I was fighting enemies, there were same company people with their pets out that got popped when I kamied or smart bombed. is there any way to get my honor lost back? I was at 40+ mil honor and it dropped me to -16m honor. I'm just now at positive 16m honor, when I would be at 75m honor. I've spent a couple hundred dollars buying uri to do nonstop gates trying to get my honor back. i was just wondering if there was any way I could have the honor I lost added back to my ship?.. I've also wrote support before about my level 16 droned getting popped and I didn't have any luck with getting them back, but I've had people tell me that they've gotten their drones back several times when they get popped. I spent a long time getting them level 16 and I have just given up on leveling them up again. I spend a good bit of money on the game and I plan on continue doing so, but is there any way that I could get the honor I lost added back onto my ship and is there any possible way that I could get my level 16 drones put back that I lost 2 years ago? thank you for your time, I look forward to hearing back from you guys.
