    3 days in a row I have to redefine my settings, I save them each time and they stay that way for the better part of the day, but then I log back in the next day and they are yet again gone. I do have premium.

    Hello Baterax,

    Could you be more specific? Does this issue happen every time you log in? Does it happen only when you warp ships? Does this only happen when warping ships on a base (x1,8)?

    I had this problem when I created this US3 account and it even dropped them when I jumped portals. Support could not help me and it lasted about a month before it seemed to clear itself.

    okay, as I have read your post I tried all you mentioned. after resetting I logged in and out(on base & off), I warped a couple times, (on base and off) and the settings held, if you'll leave the post open a couple days I'll continue to keep my eye on it and let you know of any change, I'll note my actions as well. thanks.
