    The team might be able to help you faster than support if you included your server played and ship name but this is dependent on the member that sees the information. If you planned to do it during the "Special Weekend" I would not count on support helping and hope for Solid_Eye to see the post.

    Your image indicates you have all the parts in your parts list but on the left of your list the gate build section indicates that you still require a part and as not refreshed its self so you can build your gate.
    Have you tried logging out and clearing browser and flash cache and logging back in to see if you can build your gate.
