[TI] Loading page

I cant get past the LOADING PAGE, It stays at LOADING(yellow bar) and never goes to (GREEN START).

I have cleared everything, changed my Security settings after reading the FORUM about the issue as a trusted site( just as a possible issue I might be having), tried different browsers and still the same problem. My INT is working just FINE as well as my COMPUTER is working FINE.

 

I have been able to get it to work by just clicking the refresh/reload button in your browser address line. Not saying it works every time but it is a solution I have found works some times.

Thank you HelpMeHelpYou for assisting the user with their concern. We ask if you could please let us know which server you are experiencing this issue with?

 

It was and is US West. I worked with support all day and out of the blue at 7:30 p.m. time frame it started working.

Today it seems about the same issue and others from different servers already have posted the same type of issue but the loading bar only gets to a 1/4 and never goes beyond that.

 

I have 4 accounts on US West and see this occasionally (it does almost always hang at the space between o and a but will continue after a few seconds) and like I say I hit the refresh button (when it does not progress further) on the address bar and it reloads and gets me past this block. Closing and re-entering from the back page does not fix the issue. It seems like the Flash Player gets hung up and until the refresh clears the block it does not go away.

Have you tried this on your machine?
