[TI] Log in issues no map or map no ports ga1

    Log in yesterday establishing connection for ever. when i did finaly get in the map had no ports. the ship had no equipment ect. Tried again today same issue tried east 3 and it was ok only ga1. Any help would be great

    Hello -Fishing-Kings-,

    We are aware of the issues regarding the lagg and users getting stuck in GA and GE servers. We have tried try to jump users out, unfortunately from past attempts this has not worked. The Global America server issues have been reported during the Easter Event and we are awaiting feedback from Support/Developers. Hate to say it but users may need to wait until the server restart to get unstuck.
