[TI] Logged it and my account was reset?!?

    I loggged in by clicking the faceboook button like everyday but this time my acount was reset to level 1. I am trying to get back into this game i was lvl 11 but now if this isn't fixed soon i will be quitiing. i see why server is dying a lot of bugs and glitches. help if you can thank you
