[TI]losing connection

keep on losing connection can't play longer than 5 seconds without losing connection again what is going on?

Server: usa west

Could you please verify a few things for me?

Have you tried clearing browser cache / Updating browser / Making sure flash player is up to date / Computer updates / ISP modem/router restarted

If the following above are not working and the issue is persisting, please respond with the following:

Yes i have tried all of the above, the whole server seemed to be affected when sector control was on.
Server USA west
user id: 91012894
not sure on the exact time but you could check when the sector control was running on that server, it was totally unplayable, I ended up having to log off after a maximum of 3 mins playing time, maybe it was down to the event running. 25:05:19

Today at 05:57 losing connection in gate 3 times in space of 30 seconds: 26:05:19

Has your connection improved over the past few days?

If so, are we free to close the thread?

 

this week it has, but i can guarantee we end up with major lag or connection loss over weekend, as we do every single weekend.
