[TI] Lost Blue booty key

so yeah, ima explain what happened. I finished gamma(after 5 long hours) because it was sunday and it was schism day. i got 8 schism in total. i crafted 1 blue(5 schisms) and 1 red(3) for a total of 8 schism used. Then i wanted to open Blue booty, i picked a pvp map, i dont actually remember the exact map but when i clicked blue booty the game freezed and i had to restart the page, when i got back to the game i tried opening a blue booty again but it said i dont have any, then i thought "oh well, ill check logbook to see what i got after i open my red and green keys" so i moved on to opening red booty, got 106 EE, then used green booty after wards and got Speed gen, but then when i Read my Logbook this poped up

11.06.2017 - 20:27		12 green booty key(s) collected.

and yeah, my log book is kinda weird, idk how, but seriously i got that sped gen on green booty and that 106 EE on red( I remember it correctly because it just happened a couple of hours ago and i coudnt stop thinking bout that 5 LONG HOURS OF KITTING and PAIN ) but the log book says i got that speed gen and EE from blue booty,


What im trying to point out is, my blue booty key got consumed but i got nothing from it. thats all

I already contacted support, almost half a day has passed but still no reply,
so i found my way here and any1 got any idea

Your English is fine Understood it anyways. This had happened to me years ago with a regular booty key, but we understand your concern as it is a "lost key". As you have contacted Support you will need to continue the matter through them. Please allow u to 48hrs for a Support response. Sometimes it may take a bit longer depending on the amount of tickets in their queue.
